“You Good? Let’s Talk About It” A safe, supportive space designed to help youth and families have honest conversations about emotional well-being, mental health, stress, relationships, pressure, identity, and the life challenges facing today’s generation. Join us on Saturday, July 11th, at the Legacy Center for a day of real conversation, practical tools, encouragement, and professional insight, all guided by trusted mental health and wellness facilitators. This experience is designed for youth ages 13–18, as well as for parents, guardians, church leaders, educators, and caring adults who want to better support young people’s emotional and mental well-being. Guest Facilitators: • Dr. Kristee Haggins • Dr. Corinn Elmore Whether you are a young person seeking a safe space, a parent seeking understanding and support, or a leader seeking to help create healthier environments for youth, this workshop is for you.
