Explore the ways that gender informs how we show up in the world & how we’re perceived; learn to elevate your style & delivery, using the Feminist Public Speaking Principles; connect with yourself, through guided exercises in breath work, vocal care, journaling, and embodiment; so you can better connect with your community, as you practice speaking before your cohort, in a safe space, with personalized coaching & direction from communication specialist Katherine Cooper 70% of adults in the US fear public speaking.
