ScreenAgers: Growing up in the digital Age

The Giving Pint and StarPointe Consulting are teaming up to host three screenings of the documentary series Screenagers. These films look at the science of screen time and its effects on mental health, sleep, and learning, while providing research-based tips for families to manage digital habits.

Parents are encouraged to bring their young adults and students to the screenings to help start important conversations at home. The series includes:

• Screenagers: Explores how daily screen time impacts development and offers strategies for finding balance in a digital world.
• Screenagers NEXT CHAPTER: Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience: Focuses on the science behind teen emotional challenges and how to build skills to navigate stress, anxiety, and depression.

Filmmaker and physician Dr. Delaney Ruston created these films to share insights from psychologists, authors, and brain scientists, offering practical solutions for families to navigate the digital age together.
