About this event

Enjoy either strength and conditioning or Tai Chi with Yoga Moves Us, every Wednesday from 6-7 p.m. at Winn Park. The class rotates each week. Strength & Conditioning focuses on building functional strength, core stability, and enhanced mobility through active muscle engagement and breath-synchronized movement. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that has evolved into a graceful form of exercise, often described as “meditation in motion” featuring slow, flowing, and controlled movements paired with deep breathing and focused intention. Please follow @exploremidtownparks, as sometimes there are cancellations due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances *Classes vary.
