Explore play, laughter, and connection in this joyful six-week class tailored to people over 60. Discover your unique clown persona through simple exercises—no experience required. ABOUT YOUR TEACHER: Sasha Kostyrko is a multidisciplinary theater artist who holds a BFA in Acting from Oklahoma City University and an MFA in Devised Ensemble Performance from the Pig Iron School in collaboration with the University of the Arts. Sasha has shared her artistry with companies including Montana Shakespeare in the Parks, Bozeman Actors Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Pig Iron Theatre Company, Lightning Rod Special, The House Theater of Chicago and B Street Theatre. Her work has been featured in the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, where she premiered her original piece Threnody: A Wailing Ode or Poem of Mourning. Her direction of Dead Dad Show was awarded the Fringie for “Best Comedy.” Her artistic practice is rooted in collaboration and physical storytelling, often blending humor, movement, and music to create visceral, emotionally resonant performances.
