Care Not Cops Community Concert and Wellness Festival + Conference

The Justice Teams Network and the Anti Police-Terror Project invite the community to Care Not Cops, a three-day gathering focused on healing justice, community wellness, and alternatives to policing. The weekend kicks off with a free Community Concert & Wellness Festival on Friday, June 26, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at McClatchy (Oak) Park in Sacramento. The festival will feature live music performances, free healing treatments, food, community resources, vendors, blessing bags, healing circles, NADA ear seed training, aromatherapy classes, art and mural making, and activities for the whole family. The event is designed to celebrate community resilience while connecting residents with resources that support health, healing, and safety. The weekend continues with the Care Not Cops Healing Justice & Alternatives Conference on June 27–28 at Aggie Square in Sacramento. This international hybrid convening will bring together organizers, healers, impacted families, youth leaders, policy advocates, and movement practitioners from across the country to explore community-based approaches to public safety, crisis response, restorative justice, mental health, mutual aid, and collective care. The conference features keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, healing spaces, and strategy sessions focused on building safer, healthier communities. Admission to both the festival and conference is free.
